Here’s a quick reference for anyone changing the engine oil, gearbox and transfer case oil, or differential oil in their Suzuki Carry DD51T. I couldn’t find any easily available (and reliable) information on capacities for any of the above so I recorded rough amounts based on a service of my own vehicle.

Engine (inc. filter): ~2800ml
Front Differential: ~600ml
Rear Differential: ~700ml
Gearbox & Transfer Box*: ~2600ml

*Both housed within one casing
